Team Poster's Notes
【CONCEPT】
Whimsicott's Tailwind and Pelipper's rain both run at once, with Choice Scarf Basculegion closing the game
【SYNERGY】
- Whimsicott: priority Tailwind accelerates the whole team
- Pelipper: Drizzle sets rain to guarantee Water moves land and hit hard
- Basculegion: Choice Scarf wins the speed race for a guaranteed finisher
【WATCH OUT】
Keeping both Tailwind and rain up at once is a juggling act, and if Whimsicott falls fast the whole team's speed line collapses
