A M-3 double build centered on the idea that "everyone participates in offense." This season's configuration changed only two Mega slots from the previous season, adapting to the M-B environment where Metagross and Raichu increased, and a Delphox+Blastoise support build became popular. Final rank 104, rating 2372.565.
Incineroar (1st in lead rate): Choice Band, Figy Berry H32/B14/D6/S14. A cycle core that manipulates matchups with Intimidate+Fake Out. An indispensable card that can lower the attack of pre-Mega Skarmory, Mega Metagross, and Mega Mawile with Intimidate alone.
Bisharp (2nd): Black Glasses, Adamant H31/A32/S3. A physical ace that breaks even type matchups by stacking Swords Dance. Responds to Delphox support with Feint+Kowtow Cleave, and to Mega Staraptor with Swords Dance Sucker Punch.
Sneasler (3rd): Focus Sash, Jolly H2/A32/S32. Fake Out, Feint, Dire Claw, Close Combat. Disrupts the opponent's plan with poison damage and breaks through defensive timings of support builds with Feint.
Tsareena (4th): Choice Scarf, Jolly. Power Whip, Low Kick, Triple Axel, Knock Off. A Blastoise+Farigiraf support killer, and removes recovery items from Ceruledge and Duraludon with Knock Off.
Mega Charizard Y: Charizardite Y, Modest C-max. Overwrites weather with immense firepower. Adopted on the final day to counter the increase of Delphox+Blastoise, also handling rain.
Mega Aerodactyl: Aerodactylite, Jolly max Speed. The fastest Rock Slide in an environment lacking Covert Cloak. Blocks Farigiraf+Pyroar Trick Room with Taunt instead of Tailwind.
Continuously changed Mega combinations depending on the environment (Mega Charizard Y and Mega Aerodactyl on the final day), read all rematch matchups, and finished with 9 consecutive wins on the final day.
Mega Metagross (Body Press+Grimmsnarl screens), rainy Mega Swampert, Farigiraf+Pyroar+Torkoal Trick Room (avoid leading against).
