Finishing 8th, this team builds around Mega Lucario as its late-game sweeper.

Hippowdon sets entry hazards and chips away at foes so Lucario can clean up with Swords Dance plus Close Combat, using Attack-heavy EVs to guarantee KOs on bulky walls.

Rotom-Wash and Alolan Ninetales (Aurora Veil) form the defensive backbone, while Dragonite and Basculegion serve as secondary breakers for matchups where Lucario struggles, such as Steel- and Ghost-types.
