Team Concept

Finishing 12th, this team is built around a Mega Metagross and Primarina offensive core.

Metagross anchors the team with heavy bulk and priority moves, using Hammer Arm-style coverage against its usual Steel/Fairy checks, while Primarina uses Substitute to dodge disruption before breaking through with Moonblast and Aqua Jet.

Hippowdon sets Stealth Rock and holds the line defensively, Garchomp brings Dragon Tail/Stone Edge utility against threats like Gyarados, Hydreigon adds special firepower and speed control, and Mega Gengar traps and finishes off whatever the rest of the team can't handle.
