Garchomp and Glimmora double up on Stealth Rock/Spikes to force switches, while Umbreon and Meowscarada lock down the opponent's support with Taunt/Foul Play in a hazard-stall build. Mega Delphox and Venusaur hold down the special and Synthesis-recovery lines respectively to grind out the long game. Splitting Stealth Rock duty between two Pokémon means hazards keep going up even if one setter gets shut down.
Garchomp (Sitrus Berry, Rough Skin): Earthquake / Dragon Tail / Spikes / Stealth Rock. A lead that can double-stack hazards, carrying both Stealth Rock and Spikes.
Umbreon (Leftovers, Inner Focus): Foul Play / Yawn / Wish / Protect. Runs a Yawn/Wish cycle to manage the whole team's health as the support.
Mega Delphox (Blaze): Flamethrower / Psychic / Protect / Encore. Encore locks down the opponent's buffs or hazards before landing a firepower hit as the blocker-attacker.
Mega Venusaur (Chlorophyll): Giga Drain / Earth Power / Leech Seed / Synthesis. Leech Seed and Synthesis farm recovery resources to round out the stall core.
Meowscarada (Life Orb, Overgrow): Flower Trick / Knock Off / Taunt / Toxic Spikes. Locks down the opponent's support with Taunt while pressuring the follow-up switch-in with Toxic Spikes.
Glimmora (Focus Sash, Toxic Debris): Mud Shot / Sludge Bomb / Energy Ball / Stealth Rock. The second Stealth Rock setter, and its Focus Sash lets it survive one check as insurance.
