【CONCEPT】
Meowscarada sets the stage so Starmie can Mega Evolve and finish the job
【SYNERGY】
- Starmie (Mega): its Mega form boosts stats and ability to become the main breaker
- Garchomp: stacks Swords Dance to double its Attack before pushing through physically
- Meowscarada: a Choice Scarf cleaner that outspeeds the opponent to finish things off
【WATCH OUT】
With the Mega slot locked into Starmie, there's little backup plan if the matchup shuts it down
