Leon000's 2nd Place - VGC Reg M-B Ingame Tour #4 (Shiny Raichu for 1st!)by Leon000

【CONCEPT】

Whimsicott lays the groundwork with Tailwind, and Floette converts that speed edge into real results

【SYNERGY】

- Whimsicott: doubles the whole team's Speed with Tailwind

- Floette (Mega): its Mega form boosts stats and ability to become the main breaker

- Charizard: deals steady damage while keeping the team grounded

【WATCH OUT】

If the opponent answers with their own Tailwind or Trick Room, the speed edge Floette was counting on can be cancelled out
